She had Thighs+Hipline+ Knee and Lovehandle Liposuction: took out 2,500cc of pure fats on 22nd July 2021
Abdomen and Flank Liposuction on 6th August 2021 removed 2,500cc of pure fats.

This makeover is not only from the liposuction surgery but also, put a lot of the effort on the diet after surgery - motivated.
Before she had thighs and abdomen Liposuction surgery, her heigh/weight was 158cm/ 67kg and down to 64.5kg few days after liposuction surgery,
Then also, dropped to 60kgs - lost everyday.
She used to think what make it to lose more after surgery.
She did jogging in nice weather but changed to do control appetite instead of work out.
Have a lunch at work, eat fruit and Greek Yogurt for dinner - it really helped a lot to lose weight.
During the weekends, sometimes ordered delivery food and cut off the alcohol beverages.
The weight down to 58~57kgs and encourage to work out more harder so got a prescribed diet pills from the clinic after consultation(check-up) with the doctor in October.
Took the diet pills from mid October target weight is 48kg and lost more weight when she measured in InBody Analysis machine in December!
The weight was reach to 50kg and the medication really helped her to lose weight and how to control the appetite without severe stress of eating.
Not only lose subcutaneous fats with liposuction surgery but also lost visceral fats with appetite control thanks to the diet pills.
